Synopsis: In a crowded city apartment, an aging man seeks peace in his final days, while his part-time immigrant caregiver struggles to provide for her distant family. Their landlord, driven by profit, threatens to uproot them in pursuit of redevelopment. As needs clash, their fragile hopes are overshadowed by looming tragedy. The play exposes how, in a globalized world, the elderly and the immigrant remain painfully vulnerable to the relentless march of wealth and progress.
